60 minutes– Yoga is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement and holds, which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout.
This class is a blend of Yin and Restorative yoga. Yin Yoga is a low-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Restorative yoga also holds postures longer than a standard flow class while incorporating a lot of bolstering and props for greater relaxation. Both styles are blended together to create greater flexibility, connection to breath and deeper releasing of tension.
60 minutes– Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a exercise ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
50 minutes– We’ll keep you moving in this total body workout. You will alternate between cardio, strength training and stretching using a variety of equipment in the pool.
50 minutes– This moderately paced class incorporates water walking, aerobics, muscle conditioning, and flexibility.
