Swim Workout Class: What to Expect & How to Join

Our Swim Workout Class is designed for experienced swimmers looking to train, not learn to swim. With expert-led workouts, participants must meet basic stroke requirements and be ready to push themselves in the pool. Classes are first-come, first-served, with sign-up requirements including membership or a $90 three-month session fee. Parents wishing to watch must sign in at the front desk.

Swim Workout Class: What to Expect & How to Join

Looking to take your swimming to the next level? Our Swim Workout Class is designed for swimmers who already know the basics and are ready to train! Here’s what you need to know before diving in.

Class Expectations

🚫 This is a workout, not a swim lesson. Swimmers must already be able to swim efficiently on their own.
🏊 Ages 7 & Under: Must be able to swim freestyle and backstroke independently.
🏊‍♂️ Ages 8 & Older: Must know all four competitive strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
👲 Coaches are here to guide workouts, not provide swim instruction.
🪑Swimmers who aren’t actively participating and are in the way will be asked to sit out.

Class Availability & Sign-Up

1️⃣ Classes are first-come, first-served. If lanes are full, swimmers will need to attend a different session.

✅ To join, swimmers must have either:

  • An Impact membership OR
  • Pay $90 for a three-month session.

📝 Before your first class, be sure to:

  • Complete the contract
  • Get a membership card
  • Make payment (Ring up in POS under Swim Team – 3 Months, $90 cash price).

Parent Viewing Policy

👀 Parents who are not Impact members but want to watch must sign in and out at the front desk each visit. This serves as their release form and is required every time.

Thank you for following these guidelines to help us keep the class fun, focused, and efficient for all swimmers! See you in the pool! 🏊‍♀️💦
