Women's Self Defense

While this class is geared toward self-defense for women, spouses are encouraged to sign up and play the role of the attacker while also practicing self-defense.

For Teens & Adults

Saturday, October 17th, 2020 1 PM-4 PM

The Class:
-This is a 3-hour class with two breaks
-Bring water & anything else you will need to sustain yourself during the duration of the class
-Plan on it being a fairly physical class working with partners and small groups to practice various techniques


What You'll Learn:


Covers basic movements, strikes (punches, kicks, elbows, knees), choke/strangulation defense, defense against an attacker with a knife, defense against an attacker with a gun, and incorporating chokes/ strangulation holds for self-defense.

$75 Registration fee for members
$85 Registration fee for non-members

About Nate

Nate is a personal trainer and certified nutrition consultant with Impact Athletic. Nate has 12 years of law enforcement experience, during which he was certified by the State of Idaho to instruct defensive tactics at the Idaho POST Academy. That course of instruction included striking, ground grappling, and pressure point and joint manipulation. Nate 8 years of Jiu-Jitsu training as well as 8 years experience in teaching women’s self-defense classes.
